In the early 1900s Coney Island was home to one of the greatest amusement parks in America! Coney Island was actually made up of three massive amusement parks; Dreamland, Steeplechase and Luna Park and often called the ”Playground of the World.” Among the millions that were drawn to these parks was a collection of tattooists that made a significant contribution to the rich history of tattooing at that time. This booklet will tell that story with photographs, business cards, postcards, news articles and other memorabilia.
