The state of Indiana has a long and checkered tattoo history. Through the years many tattooists called it home, but in 1963 Indiana got caught up in the frenzy of outlawing tattooing. This ban stayed in place until 1997. This booklet will feature, among others, tattooists like Fred Clark and W.R. King, and collectors like Bernard Kobel.
