Ken Cotterell, whose needle name was Beachcomber Bill, was born in Toronto, Canada in 1933. Beachcomber Bill received his first tattoo when he was just 15 years old from Sailor Joe Simmons in Toronto. Bill got his first tattoo equipment in the 1960s and went on to operate several different shops in Toronto. This booklet tells those stories and more. In full color.
