Cliff was one of America’s great tattooists; making a name for himself in Chicago in the 1960s and 1970s. In the late 1970s, Cliff relocated to Los Angeles, bought Lyle Tuttle’s Sunset Strip shop, and moved himself to the front of the list of celebrity tattooists. Now in full color!
