Shawn's second book on the subject of painting portraits of well known artists expressing themselves in the skin and ink of tattoos, is a journal of his 3 year concept exploration. He shows us the raw images of his subjects in photographs within the context of the tattoo culture as well as the resultant paintings. This impressive book also includes commentary writings about the tattoo culture by Paul Booth, Grime, Chuck Eldridge and Justing Giarla.
